Sample idea:
She seemed pleasant enough the first time he met her. He was
a doctor, she came in with a cold that wouldn't clear up. He gave
her a prescription and she left. Soon she was back, glowing with
health but complaining of something altogether more personal.
Wouldn't she rather see a female doctor? No, she preferred to
see him. He did an intimate inspection and found nothing, but
noted that she seemed to enjoy it. It's nothing, he assured her,
and she left. Soon she was back. She wanted him to do it again.
She asked about his private life. Her visits became more regular.
Her questions more personal. He referred her to a hospital consultant
but he knew from her notes that she never went. She changed jobs
- perhaps she became a receptionist at his surgery, or even a
cleaner or child minder for his wife. She moved house so she could
live near him. Then one day he finds her sitting in his lounge.
There's a note from his wife on the table: 'She told me what's
been going on between you two. I've taken the kids and I'm not
coming back.' The woman sits there smiling at him. Can I cook
you something? she asks. So where's this story going to go from
here? Will she say 'if I can't have you nobody can' and try to
kill him? It certainly isn't going to end the way she wants it
to!
